Tention is operated by Munna Co Pty Ltd (ABN 14 660 483 581), trading as Tention Media, of 81 Watt Road, Mornington VIC 3931. This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy and is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Cookies are small files stored on your device; we also use similar technologies like local storage and pixels. Some are essential to running the site; the rest run only where you've allowed them.
Essential — always on. Needed for the site to work: secure sign-in, checkout and fraud protection, and remembering your cookie choices. Set by us and by infrastructure providers such as Clerk (sign-in) and Stripe (payments).
Analytics — with your consent. Helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, including aggregated usage and session-replay insights. Provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (which set cookies such as _ga and _clck). We don't sell this data.
Marketing — with your consent. Measuring and improving advertising. We don't currently run advertising cookies; if that changes, they'll stay off until you consent.
To improve the site, Microsoft Clarity records anonymised, aggregated interaction patterns such as clicks and scrolling, and can replay sessions to show how pages are used. It runs only where you've allowed analytics, and we use it to fix usability issues, not to identify you.
Where we ask for your consent, you can accept, decline, or choose by category — and change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in our footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some essential features may stop working.
Some providers are based overseas, including the United States, so data may be processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it's handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
