Brand check

Match every recording

against your guidelines before it goes

live

Before you publish a recording, you can match it against your brand voice and the guidelines you've uploaded. The report shows you which line in your take tripped which guideline, in plain English. You decide what to do with each match. The check happens up front, not after.

A professional reviewing a recording before posting.

You set the guidelines.

You see the

matches

01

You upload your guidelines.

Your brand voice, the words you use and the ones you don't, the compliance lines you carry, the phrases you've decided yourself never to use. Done once, kept forever. Your guidelines can be as light as a tone-of-voice paragraph, or as serious as a regulator's advertising standards.

02

Each take, matched.

Every recording is matched against the guidelines you've uploaded, before anything goes out. The report shows you which line in your take tripped which guideline, in plain English, and points you to the exact words you said. Nothing is held back. Nothing is rewritten without your call.

03

You decide.

Post it, fix it, re-record it, or add a caveat against any match. The judgment stays yours. The check just makes sure nothing slips out unseen. For regulated professionals, the difference between minutes of review and weeks of compliance is the whole reason posting becomes possible.

On the desktop, each match is laid out beside the transcript, with the guideline it relates to and the exact words that triggered it. You can scroll through a whole recording in under a minute, see what to look at, and decide on the spot. Nothing buried, nothing assumed.

The reason not to post

becomes the reason you

can

The fear of getting it wrong is what keeps most experts quiet. Not laziness, not a lack of things to say. With your guidelines matched against every take, that fear has somewhere to go. You see what to look at before anything's public, instead of bracing after. And the longer you use Tention, the better it knows your voice, so what goes out stays unmistakably you, which is what your audience actually connects with.

You write the guidelines. You make the call.

A professional posting with confidence.

Before you begin.

Does this make my posts compliant?

No. It's a check, not a guarantee. It flags what looks like a problem against the rules you've uploaded so you can decide before posting. Your licence, your registration, and your judgment are still doing the work.

What rules does it check against?

The ones you give it: your brand voice and the obligations you work under. You set them; it checks against them.

I'm worried about saying the wrong thing publicly. Does this remove that risk?

No, and anything that claims to is selling you something. The worry is rational, and it doesn't go away because a tool says so. What changes is that you get a plain-language read on what to look at, against your own rules, before you post, instead of finding out after. The call stays yours. You're just not making it blind.

Does the brand check write my rules?

No. The rules in your account were typed by you. Tention doesn't supply guidelines, suggest them, or infer them from your industry or role.

Does the brand check verify whether my rules are correct?

No. That's your call. The check runs the rules you've written, exactly as you wrote them, and shows you the matches against your recording. Whether the rules cover what they need to cover is your responsibility.

Does the brand check tell me whether my content is OK to post?

No. The report shows you which of your rules each line in your recording matched, with the exact words and timestamps. There's no pass, no fail, no sign-off. The call to publish is always yours, every time. AI-assisted review against your guidelines. Always review before posting.

Where does my audio go, and how long is it kept?

Your audio is uploaded so we can transcribe it. The transcription happens in memory. The audio file is deleted within seconds of the transcription finishing. The transcript itself is never written to disk, not in our database, not in our object storage, not in our log pipeline. Your rules stay in your account, yours to edit, delete, or export.

Can I turn the brand check off?

Yes. From settings. Off means off, with no prompts and no nags. Your existing rules stay in your account in case you want to come back to them.

The thinking's done. Your turn to talk.

One question a day. Filmed with you, checked against your guidelines, posted everywhere.
